1. Order Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
- Order Dispatch: In-stock orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
- Metro Deliveries (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth): Estimated 2–5 business days.
- Regional & Rural Australia: Estimated 3–7 business days.
2. Freight Rates & Shipping Costs
- Sample Boxes: Shipped via Australia Post Express for fast delivery ($15 flat rate or free during promotions).
- Bulk Timber & Cladding Panels: Freight is calculated live at checkout based on total order weight, panel dimensions, and destination postcode.
3. Delivery Site Access & Unloading
- Architectural panels and composite decking are long and heavy freight items. Deliveries are made to kerbside or driveway access.
- Please ensure clear and safe site access for delivery vehicles. For oversized orders, assistance may be required on site during unloading.
4. Order Tracking & Transit Insurance
- Live Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with consignment tracking details.
- Transit Insurance: All shipments are fully insured. If items arrive damaged during freight, please notify us within 48 hours with photos for a prompt replacement.
