- All pricing is stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

3. Shipping & Delivery Across Australia
- We deliver to residential and commercial sites across metro and regional Australia.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and safe truck access for unloading long or heavy timber and composite panels.
4. Guarantees & Australian Consumer Law
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- Transit Damage: Please inspect shipments upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours with photos if items arrive damaged during freight.
